It's no secret that planning the night before allows for a more productive day. Here are 5 ways you can improve your night routine for a more productive day.
1. Set a consistent bed time. Go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday to regulate your body's internal alarm clock. The earlier you wake up the better. The more time you have to get things done. The more productive you are with your time the bigger the harvest you'll reap.
2. Create a relaxing environment. When it's time to wine down take a relaxing bath put on your favorite pajama set light a candle to set the tone. The less noise the better. It's in your stillness and quiet moments you can clearly hear the voice of God. Grab your pajama set and candle here
3. Write down task. Write down your top three priorities that need to be completed the following day. When you write your task down the night before you are clearly setting your intentions for the next day which leads to a more productive time.
