Journey Academy — Terms of Enrollment & Participation Agreement
Welcome to Journey Academy. By enrolling in this program, accessing course materials, or participating in any services offered through Journey Academy (“Academy,” “we,” “our,” or “Company”), you (“Participant,” “Member,” or “Student”) agree to the following Terms of Enrollment and Participation.

Enrollment constitutes acceptance of these terms without the need for a physical or written signature.
1. Program Participation

Journey Academy provides educational, personal development, and coaching-based training materials, which may include videos, curriculum, worksheets, live sessions, community discussions, downloadable resources, and proprietary frameworks.

Participation is granted as a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only.

Access may not be shared with any other person or organization.
2. Intellectual Property Ownership

All Journey Academy content is the exclusive intellectual property of Journey Academy, including but not limited to:

• Curriculum and course structures
• Teaching frameworks and methodologies
• Written materials and downloads
• Branding, language, and concepts
• Videos, audio recordings, and presentations
• Coaching models and exercises

Enrollment does not transfer ownership rights to participants.
3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Participants agree that all Academy materials are confidential and proprietary.

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, duplicate, or reproduce materials
• Share course content publicly or privately
• Upload materials to websites, social media, or file-sharing platforms
• Provide access to non-enrolled individuals
• Record live sessions without permission

All materials are intended solely for your personal development and learning experience.
4. Prohibited Use of Materials

Participants may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute any Journey Academy content
• Teach Academy material as their own
• Create competing programs derived from Academy teachings
• Repackage lessons, frameworks, or curriculum for profit
• Use Academy materials for certification or training others without written licensing approval

Unauthorized use constitutes intellectual property infringement.
5. Permitted Personal Use

Participants are encouraged to apply lessons within their personal life, career, ministry, or business growth.

However, the materials themselves may not be copied, taught, or distributed.

You may share personal insights or transformations but not proprietary content.
6. Community Conduct

Journey Academy is designed to be a respectful and growth-centered environment.

Participants agree to:

• Engage respectfully with instructors and members
• Maintain confidentiality within group discussions
• Avoid harassment, solicitation, or disruptive behavior

Violation may result in removal from the Academy.
7. Access & Termination

Journey Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if a participant:

• Violates these Terms
• Shares proprietary content
• Misuses intellectual property
• Engages in harmful or unethical conduct

Termination does not remove legal responsibility under this agreement.
8. No Guarantees

Journey Academy provides educational and coaching guidance only.

Results depend on individual effort, implementation, and circumstances. No guarantees of income, success, or specific outcomes are made.
9. Digital Acceptance (No Signature Required)

By enrolling, purchasing, accessing, or continuing participation in Journey Academy, you acknowledge that:

• You have read these Terms of Enrollment
• You understand the intellectual property protections
• You agree to comply fully with these terms

Electronic acceptance and continued participation constitute legally binding agreement.
10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
